letter of attorney = letter of authorization, power of attorney = លិខិតប្រគល់សិទ្ធិ
A written document in
which one person (the principal) appoints another as his agent and confers upon
him the authority to preform certain specified acts or kinds of acts on the
principal's behalf. The primary purpose of a power of attorney is to demonstrate
the authority of the agent to a third party with whom the agent deals.
