Open Cambodia

Open Cambodia = កម្ពុជាបើកទូលាយ

Open Cambodia is a conference hold at Sunway Hotel from September 16 to 17, 2011. It was organized by the East-West Management Institute and sponsored by USAID as well as the US software companies Mozillar and Aspiration. The event focused on how the Internet can facilitate access to free and open information.

កម្ពុជា​បើក​ទូលាយ ឬ Open Cambodia ជា​វេទិកា​ដែល​រៀបចំ​ឡើង​ដោយ​វិទ្យាស្ថាន​គ្រប់គ្រងបស្ចិមបូព៌ា និង​ឧបត្ថម្ភដោយ​ ភ្នាក់​ងារ​សហរដ្ឋ​អាមេរិក ដើម្បី​អភិវឌ្ឍន៍​អន្តរជាតិ (USAID) ក៏ដូចជា ក្រុមហ៊ុន Mozillia និង​ Aspirationដែរ។ វេទិកា​នេះផ្ដោត​លើ​របៀប​ប្រើ​អ៊ីនធើរណិត ដើម្បី​ទទួល​បាន​ព័ត៌មាន​ដោយ​សេរី​ និង​ដោយ​បើក​ទូលាយ។
